One downside to the new upgrade is that the previous user database no longer works with the updated site. Because of this, registered users will have to register again. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Sketch It 3.1.1 Private Beta
I finally started the private beta for Sketch It 3.1.1 (beta started on 02/04/2009).
Once again, here's a list of the new features and improvements in this release:
  • Added a new drawing mode for straight lines (thanks for the idea silvermark)
  • Improved stability for the auto-update utility
  • Improved stability for multiple monitors
  • Auto-Update now displays update information
  • Ctrl+Shift+X now turns the pen lock on and off (Thanks ysw for the request)
Hopefully the update will be available to the public within the next week or two.
 
Sketch It 3.1.1
An update for Sketch It 3 should be on its way later on this week. So far here's what the update will address:

Sketch It 3.1
Well, after a long night of programming, Sketch It! 3.1 is now available for download. This new update has some features that I'm very excited about including SLI support (for the gamers out there), and an auto-update option.

You can download Sketch It! 3.1 immediately from our download section.

As always, thanks to the beta testing community for taking the time to hunt down bugs and report them so that everyone can enjoy a more stable Sketch It!

We're Back
It's been a long time since I started working on an update to the site and during that time there have been some exciting things happening!

During the downtime, I've added an automatic update option to Sketch It, continued working on an existing project, watch it, and started working on a few new projects.

Sketch It! 3.1 is starting to show potential. With the new auto-update feature and even more stability and compatibility enhancements, this is by far the best version yet!
